The Lab is a pop up restaurant headed by Chef Jared Goldstein, a freshmen at The Culinary Institute of America. The Lab will be a dining experience on May 7th and May 8th with a choice of two four course set menus. May 7th The Lab will be held at the METROPOLITAN in downtown Annapolis and May 8th at the Lighthouse Bistro right across the street. All profits from the dinning experience will be going to the SPCA of Anne Arundel County, and all staff at the restaurant will be volunteers from local high end restaurants.
